São Roque do Faial is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Santana, on Madeira Island, located at the base of the Central Mountain Massif, between Ribeira da Metade and Ribeira do Castelejo. Its limits to the northwest, north and east are the parish of Faial, to the east, southeast and south the parish of Porto da Cruz, to the south, southwest and west the parish of Monte, and to the west and southwest the parish of Curral das Freiras.
